Local Author Visits Brookston Prairie Township Public Library

William C. Madden, White County author and publisher, will be at the Brookston Prairie Township Public Library, talking about his new book “White County in Vintage Postcards” on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room in the library on the lower level. Mr. Madden has written several books on Indiana history. Brookston’s own resident Larry Hartzler, contributed some of his postcards for this book. The Friends of the Brookston Prairie Township Public Library are sponsoring this event and will be serving punch and cookies following the talk.
